We provide management, brokerage and advisory services for individual investors, trusts, families/estates and institutional clients.

1) Facilities Management
 
This involves the Regular and preventative Maintenance of the properties plus repair and upgrade to increase asset value. And finally project management of new developments from concept to completion. During maintenance, Inspections of the building are carried out, its systems  and outside areas are performed periodically. We believe that there are no savings in deferred maintenance and that preventive maintenance is not only less expensive in the long run, but assists in avoiding the disruptions and hazards of structural or equipment failure. Facilities management department at Property consultants will advise on the best feasible investment in today’s market, conceptualization and designs, project management to completion and maintenance of development to increase the Asset value over time.

2) Property Management
